Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using ArchDesign Studio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Intellectual Property
Design Ownership
All architectural designs and plans created by ArchDesign Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Client Rights
Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to use the designs for their intended project.
Portfolio Use
We reserve the right to use completed projects in our portfolio for marketing purposes.

Payment Terms

Initial Deposit
50% deposit required to begin project work

Progress Payment
25% payment upon completion of design development

Final Payment
25% final payment upon project completion and delivery

Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations
Our services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding specific outcomes
Liability Cap
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service
Legal Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations

Termination
Client Termination
Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Payment for completed work is still required.
Studio Termination
We may terminate services for non-payment or breach of contract with appropriate notice.
